I'm often telling you about a book of one of my fellow authors, often friend whom I've know for so long, and I love doing that. Another exciting blog is when I can tell you about my latest release which is now in stores everywhere -- even check out pharacy and grocery stores. You'll never know until you find my books there.
FOUR MAKES A FAMILY
With her daughter's health back on track, Kelsey Rhodes counts her blessings. But life is still not easy for the sweet single mom. She craves compansionship, yet finds it difficult to trust anyone. Ross Salburg seems like the perfect match for her. The handsome single dad also struggles to keep his daughter healthy. Can Kelsey convince Ross to take a leap of faith and meld their two families into one?
A FAMILY OF HIS OWN is the second in the Dreams Come True Series, which is my version of Make A Wish Foundation. I decided to tackle a serious topic--since so many of us have those experiences in our lives--but still make the book entertaining, faith-fulled and with a happy ending. Each book can stand alone, but the characters from each book reappear in the other addition. The first novel, A DAD OF HIS OWN, released in March, received a 4 star rating from Romantic Times and wonderful reviews from review sites and readers. The story revolved around Lexie Carlson and her son Cooper. This new release focuses on Kelsey, Lexie's friend, and her daughter Lucy. The final novel, A DREAM OF HIS OWN, will be the story of Ava and her son, Brandon. You'll meet Ava in the previous novels.

What Are Readers Saying?
Once again, I have found a wonderful story told by an author I have grown to respect tremendously. Gail’s books are always wonderful for learning valuable lessons for Christian living, but they are also entertaining and heartwarming. I always come away from her books with a happy and positive feeling. She did a fabulous job with A Family of Their Own. I will always have a special place in my heart for her books, especially this one. I highly recommend A Family of Their Own. From http://carlybirdshome.blogspot/
In her trademark style, Mrs. Martin creates characters who are flawed even as they follow the road to faith. She balances the heartbreak and joys of parenting a sick child with hope, faith and love. I found myself wanting to pray for the girls’ health. From Our Advocate - Heather Harden
